Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath and Dominaria.
Description
On Rath, Evincars possessed the power to control the plane's flowstone.[1] Evincars were recruited for their ruthless personal ambition and propensity for destruction.[2] Rath and Storm mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for Phyrexian rulers on other planes.
