Citizen is a creature class depicting inhabitants of a city or town, usually in a non-fighting capacity.
History
Citizens were introduced in Fallen Empires, were only reused twice in Time Spiral, and for a long time only appeared on tokens.

Citizen tribal was used as the limited draft archetype of Streets of New Capenna, though Citizens would also appear in other colors.
