Karsus is a plane first seen on the Worldwake Gateway card plane card Mirrored Depths. This depicts a large cave filled with giant crystals, reflecting various humans that seem to be involved in a fight.

Inhabitants

Karsus is populated by humans, Viashino, and a unique form of Elementals which are made from the crystals that seemingly form the plane. During New Phyrexia's Invasion of the Multiverse, these crystal elementals formed colossi which fought the New Phyrexian warriors.

The refractional properties of Karsus's crystals hurt both invading creatures and planeswalkers.[1]
